Wildflowers - Groups of Species |
Groups of species are those species which are similar in appearance or in name, as well as those that may be closely related.
In some cases the species listed in a group may not be related at all.
The Groups of species used on this site are simply an aid to help you search for and identify species.
Botanists, however, don't use these "Groups". Instead they group species into Families based on botanical characteristics.
