I’ve started a new project: photographing all of the common wildflowers in Stamford to make up
some sort of local reference.
This is one of my favourite summer meadow plants. The common fleabane is a very common,
almost weedy, aster that blooms in June and July in full sun, usually in grassy areas or your
garden. For the garden, it can be kept to a reasonable height and the flowering season lengthened
by pruning once or twice before the flower buds form. |
